OWNERS WITH RENTAL PROPERTY

Vesta Management Services now have oversight of rental properties within the community.

All rental applications must be submitted through Tenant Evaluation.

Visit Tenant Evaluation, (tenantev.com) create a new account, and use application code 15244 to begin the application process.

Please note: Owners who rent or intend to rent out their villa MUST create an account and notifications of lease renewals or change of tenancy must be given in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in a fine.
