Comprised of 253 deed restricted villas in Largo Florida, we are centrally located to the entire Tampa Bay area, and fortunate to be nestled away in a tranquil residential region that is only a few minutes drive to some of the most popular attractions.
The goal and intent of this website is to better serve our members by keeping them informed of Association Rules & Regulations, to be a resource of information about our community, to provide news and announcements of matters of importance and to also provide our members the opportunity to have an active role in our community and promote pride of ownership and neighborliness among its residents.
The Home Owners Association looks forward to mutual collaboration with Homeowners, new and established, in order to provide continuous support, guidance and leadership.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
In March (?) of 2026 the Board of Directors commenced a contract with Vesta Property Management Services to aid and assist in several aspects of the day-to-day operations of The HomeOwners Association.
These include:
Oversight of daily operations, covenant enforcement (general rules & regulations), proactive maintenance supervision regarding architectural standards and oversight of rental properties in the community.
Vesta Management Services have created a portal and we would recommend that ALL members visit the link below to register & create an account. This will give you access to many community documents, financial and Board Minutes for example and will also place you on the email list to receive important community notices; impending water shut-off for example.

It is very important that you create your account to stay informed and receive community updates, notices, and important information shared through the portal.
OWNERS CURRENTLY RENTING THEIR PROPERTY:
Effective immediately, all rental applications must be submitted through Tenant Evaluation. Go to Tenant Evaluation , create a new account and use application code 15244 to begin.
WEB PAGE UPDATES:
There will be an on-going process of updating this website to reflect the above changes. For example, forms used for an architectural change or rental applications etc will now be processed through the portal.
