Two large ponds within the Belle Oak Villa community have suffered from erosion to the shoreline for many years. A decision was made early 2019 to explore methods of putting in place some kind of erosion protection.

USE OF MOBILE CAMERAS
For the short term, and intermittently thereafter, mobile cameras are
being placed around the community on common property facing
common areas in order to discourage and prevent violations of Belle
Oak Villas Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
The cameras are solely for deterrence and evidence-gathering, and
residents should note that the cameras are NOT being installed to
provide any guarantee of protection, safety or security and are in no
way meant to preclude, avert or apprehend any criminal or criminal
activity.
Any resident aware of or suspecting suspicious/criminal activity
should immediately call 911.
