Roof:
When submitting a request for a roof replacement, you must also submit a photo of the work order containing the contractor’s contact information ie: name, address, telephone number, etc. and the estimated start date. The photo of the document should also contain the correct brand, style and color of the approved shingles as well as the use of the “V-Crimp Expansion Joint” on any connected or abutting roof. If you have a shingled roof over the front patio that is not even with the rest of the roof, it must be raised so that the entire roof is one continuous component with no breaks. This must also be noted on the paperwork.

If you are submitting a request for replacement windows to be installed, you must submit a photo of the contractor’s contact info, the estimated start date, which windows are to be replaced AND it must contain a photo of the style and color of the approved type of window.
