RECYCLING/DUMPSTERS
Please follow the GUIDELINES
NO Plastic bags (Publix for example) of any type!
The ONLY Plastic should be jugs & bottles or CLEAN food containers. NO contaminated items.
Please DO NOT leave bags of trash or boxes etc in the dumpster area for someone else to clean up –
If the dumpster is full, take your trash to another dumpster.

PLEASE DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE
We would ask all residents to note that it is actually illegal to feed wildlife “food or garbage” according to Florida Statute. This is classed as “intentional act that disrupts an animal’s normal behavior patterns”
Birds and other wildlife do not need feeding, they have survived quite well without our help and will continue to do so.

If we do not have your email address we cannot notify you of things like water shut off.

Board meetings are held 3rd Tuesday each month, Largo Community Center 6:30pm
If you have furniture etc. to dispose of and still in good shape there are many charity organizations happy to collect.
Some examples:
PLEASE DO NOT leave any items by the Recycle bins. If recycle bins are full either put them in the dumpsters OR keep and put in recycle bin when it has room. PLEASE DO NOT leave things for other people to clear up.
Just a reminder if you see something that doesn’t seem right please call the police before you notify us.
If they don’t belong in here the police will escort them off the property because they are trespassing.
